As I spent the last few hours going over the site, I'm very surprised and happy about how much progress we made from a technical stand point. At first I was like "what's left to do?" until I saw some threads about a few different ideas floating around. However, as with any large project, at some point the product has to actually be considered "finished." And with TTN, we really need to decide on what stays, what goes, and what should we bother with at this point if this is ever going to be finished. (I have several games lined up outside of the realm of web games or card games.)
As it stands, from what I can tell, the actual game itself is fully functional. All the rules and settings work as well as the trade, timeouts, and end game stats. That's the most important thing.
Now there are some major ideas floating around, namely Tournaments, Clans, Replay Theatre, the Untouchables, Sell Cards, and Land's End Attire. In order to get this game done relatively soon, I think we should freeze Tournaments, the Untouchables, and Land's End Attire. They're nice but not that important compared to what we already have. Clans is very important, at least the basics, and Replay Theatre is essentially programmed on the back end, it just needs to be setup to view the games. Sell Cards is also important to have alongside the Trade Arena. Now the Trade Arena works for the most part, it just needs some tweaking.
That's the jist of it for now and just my thoughts.
